The team was founded in 1970 and has won one NBA championship, in 2016. The Cavaliers are currently coached by J.B. Bickerstaff and their star player is Darius Garland.

Ohioans can bet on either of the two Ohio MLB teams, the Cincinnati Reds and the Cleveland Guardians.
